appearing on behalf of the first informant.

By means of this application under Section 439 of

Cr.P.C., applicant Rajaram Yadav, who is involved

in Case Crime No. 38 of 2022, under Sections 363,

366, 376 IPC and 5/6 of POCSO Act, police station

Dakshintola, district Mau seeks enlargement on

bail during the pendency of trial.

As per prosecution case, in brief, the informant,

who is the father of the victim lodged the FIR on

21.3.2022 with regard to the incident which took

place on 19.3.2022 for the offence under Sections

363 and 366 IPC against the applicant making

allegations inter alia that his daughter, who is

studying in Class-XII, has been enticed away by

the applicant at about 4.00 AM on 19.3.20
