Present writ petition has been filed beseeching the expeditious

disposal of Revision No. 18/2010 (Murahi Devi vs. Sudhama

and others), pending in the court of Deputy Director of

Consolidation, Ghazipur (Respondent No. 2).

It is submitted by the counsel for the petitioner that assailing the

order dated 07.10.2010 passed by the Settlement Officer of

Consolidation, Smt. Murahi Devi has preferred a revision,

which is pending since 30.11.2010 despite the fact that both the

parties are present in the proceeding and the case is ready for

final adjudication.

Learned Standing Counsel states that he has no objection in

case the aforesaid revision is directed to be decided within a

stipulated period as fixed by this Court.

In this conspectus as above, no useful purpose would be served

to keep this matter pending, therefore, this court deems it

appropriate to finally dispose of the present writ petition,

without making any observat
