along with Sri Anand Kumar Pandey, for respondents no. 8 and

9 and have perused the record.

This intra-court appeal is against the judgement and order dated

21.10.2022 of the learned Single Judge in Writ-C No.29990 of

2022 whereby the writ petition of the respondents 8 and 9 was

allowed, a direction was issued to the District Inspector of

Schools, Ballia ( in short D.I.O.S.) to ensure that elections of

the Committee of Management of the Institution are held within

a period of one month from the list of voters finalised by the

Election Officer vide order dated 20.8.2022, with a clarification

that after the elections, the aggrieved persons would be at

liberty to challenge the elections on all grounds available to

them in
