Shri Vijay Kumar Dwivedi, learned counsel for the informant and

Shri Ghanshyam Mishra, learned Holding Brief for the State.

The instant application has been filed on behalf of the applicant to

release him on bail in Case Crime No. 394 of 2022, under Sections

147, 148, 149, 452, 323, 504, 506, 307, 354 I.P.C., Police Station

Sarai Inayat, District Prayagraj, during pendency of the trial in the

court below.

According to the F.I.R., applicant along with five others made

assault upon the informant and others and also opened fire but

none sustained any fire arm injury but due to assault made by

applicant and others, three persons sustained injury.

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that entire allegations

made against the applicant is totally false and baseless. Applicant

has been roped in the present mater due to previous enmity and
