Heard Sri Shailesh Singh Yadav learned counsel for the

applicant and the learned AGA for the State.

Present application has been filed to quash the charge sheet

dated 13.9.2020 and the proceedings of Case No. 13225 of

2020 arising out of Case Crime No. 0285 of 2020 under

Sections 306, 323, 504, 354 IPC, Police Station Barra, District

Kanpur Nagar, pending in the Court of Special Chief Judicial

Magistrate, Kanpur Nagar.

Perusal of the First Information Report reveals, it was lodged

within ten days of the occurrence making specific allegations

against the applicant of having abeted suicide of the victim girl.

Upon investigation, based on the case diary material, a charge

sheet also appears to have been submitted to the Court on which

one of the two accused persons was summoned. It is a further

fact that the applicant has been enlarged on bail and is facing

trial.
