This application under section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed with

the prayer to issue a direction to the Special Court NI Act,

Ghaziabad/ District Civil Court Ghaziabad to decide Complaint

No.738 of 2022 (Anju Aggarwal Vs. Jaibhagwan Garg Director

of Supersonic Entertainment Pvt. Ltd. And Anr.), under Section

138 N.I. Act, 1881, pending before the court of Special Court

NI Act, Ghaziabad/ District Civil Court Ghaziabad.

The case is pending since the year 2022, hence, the trial court is

directed to decide the aforesaid case of the applicant, as

expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of six

months from the date of production of the certified copy of this

order before the court concerned.

The application is, accordingly, allowed.
