Present petition has been seeking following relief:-

"i). A writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus

directing respondents to issue appointment letter in favour of

petitioner on the post of U.P. Panchayat Sahayak-cum-Data

Entry Operators in Gram Panchayat Nagari, Block

Bishunpura, District Kushinagar in pursuance of selection list

prepared by the Village Administrative Committee on dated

18.06.2022."

Pursuant to the order dated 06.12.2022, learned standing
