1. Heard Sri Sunil Kumar Upadhyay, learned counsel for the

appellant.

2. Having heard counsel for the appellant and perused the record, it

transpires that at present Rs.7,500/- towards legal fee; Rs.2,500/-

towards cost and Rs.3,000/- per month towards monthly

maintenance have been awarded against the appellant that too from

the date of application i.e. 14.12.2022.

3. In so far as the legal expenses and cost are concerned, the same

are modest besides being reasonable. They call for no interference.

4. As to the monthly maintenance of Rs.3,000/- per month, it is

seen that the amount has been awarded to provide for maintenance

for the appellant's wife and minor son. Again the impugned order

is modest. The amount awarded is necessary to keep together the

body and soul of the respondents. In so far as the award has been

made effect from 14.12.2022, the same calls for no interference.

5. Appeal lacks merit is, accordingly, dismissed.
