The bail application of the applicant was rejected by

The following arguments made by Shri Aqueel Ahmad,

not be satisfactorily refuted by Shri Chandan Agrawal,

learned AGA from the record, entitle the applicants for

grant of bail:

(1). No prohibited cow meat was recovered from the

applicants.

(2). The meat was planted on the applicants to frame

them in the instant case to burnish the credentials of the

police investigators.

(3). There is no independent witness to the recovery.

It is also contended that the applicants belong to the

economically poor strata of the society and are

convenient scapegoat for the police authorities. The

the instant bail application.
