Heard learned counsel for the appellant; learned AGA for opposite

party no.1 and perused the material placed on record.

The present criminal appeal under Section 14-A(2) Scheduled Castes

& Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act has been filed by the

appellant to set aside the impugned order dated 18.04.2023 whereby

the Special Judge, SC/ST Act, Siddharth Nagar has rejected the bail

application of the appellant moved by her in Case Crime No. 181 of

2022, under Sections 406, 420, 504, 506 IPC and Sections 3(I)(dh),

3(2)(va) SC/ST Act, Police Station Kheshraha District Siddharth

Nagar.

There are allegations against the appellant regarding commission of

offences of committing criminal breach of trust and threatening of the

informant belonging to scheduled caste.
