Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned counsel for

opposite party nos.1 to 4.

This transfer application has been moved by the applicant with

a prayer to transfer the Misc. Case No.1031 of 2018, arising out

of Case Crime No.22 of 2018, under sections 498A, 323, 504

IPC and Section 3/4 D.P Act, Police Station Chunar, District

Mirzapur from the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Mirzapur

to the competent court of equivalent jurisdiction at District

Sonbhadra.

Learned counsel for opposite party nos. 1 to 4 has no objection

on the transfer application and submitted that case for divorce,

application u/s 125 CrPC and Domestic Violence Act is pending

in the court of Sonbhadra. Both the parties are resident of

Sonbhadra District.

Grounds for transfer the Misc. Case No.1031 of 2018 is

sufficient.

Accordingly, this transfer application is allowed and Misc. Case

No.1031 of 2018 is recalled from the court of CJM, Mirzapur

and transfer to the court of CJM, Sonbhadra for expeditious

disposal in accordance with law.

Copy of this order be sent to the District Judge, Mirzapur and

Sonbhadra for compliance.
