Heard Sri Ashok Kumar Singh Bais, learned counsel for the

applicants, Sri Mohd. Aslam, learned counsel for the opposite

party, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record.

The present application has been moved seeking anticipatory

bail in Case Crime no. 437 of 2021, under Sections 376D, 323,

504, 506 and 120-B I.P.C. and section 3/4 POCSO Act, Police

Station Kotwali Mandi, District Saharanpur with the prayer that

in the event of arrest, applicants may be released on bail.

From perusal of records of the case it shows that the first

information report was lodged under section 376D, 323, 504,

506, 120-B IPC and Section 3/4 POCSO Act. After

investigation final report has been submitted and a Protest

Petition has been filed by the informant in which the applicants

have been summoned on 16.05.2022. Challenging the aforesaid
