This writ (PIL) in substance seeks to enforce the order dated

04.08.2015 of the National Green Tribunal (NGT) Principal

Bench, New Delhi, passed in Original Application No. 229 of 2013

(Giriraj Parikrama Sanrakshan Sansthan and others vs. Department

of Environment & Forests and others) whereunder certain

recommendations have been made which are required to be

adhered to and executed in true letter and spirit in the interest of

environment in or around the Shri Girirajji Parvat and Parikrama

Marg, Govardhan, District-Mathura.

Shri Krishna Kumar Sharma who has been heard pro-se submits

that the authorities/ respondents are not following the

recommendations of the NGT.

From the perusal of the order of the NGT dated 04.08.2015 we

find that the NGT has required the State of U.P. through the

District Magistrate, Mathura to submit periodical report of the

execution of the recommendations every three months before the

Registry of the NGT and liberty has been granted to point out if

there is any laxity in execution of the recommendations. The NGT

is therefore monitoring the entire issue.

In view of the above we are not inclined to entertain the writ (PIL)

and the same is consigned to records leaving it open for the

petitioner to apprise the NGT of the factual aspects raised before

us so that appropriate remedial measures may be enforced by the

NGT.
