Heard Mr. Sushil Shukla, the learned counsel for applicant along

with Mr. Aditya Prakash Singh and the learned A.G.A. for State.

Perused the record.

This application under Section 482 Cr. P. C. has been filed by

applicant, who is one of the prospective accused in Criminal Misc.

Application No. 1723 of 2021 (Nepal Yadav Vs. Ranjeet Singh

Randhawa and 17 others), under Section 156 (3) Cr. P. C., P.S.

Kavi Nagar, District Ghaziabad, challenging the order dated

2.4.2022 passed by Chief Judicial Magistrate, Ghaziabad in

aforementioned criminal Misc Application, whereby concerned

Magistrate has directed that a preliminary enquiry be conducted by

the D.I.G. Meerut himself, as the City Magistrate, Ghaziabad, S.P.

City Ghaziabad and In-charge P.S. Kavi Nagar along with others

have been arraigned as prospective accused.
