Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A. for

the State. Perused the record.

The present application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been

filed with the prayer to direct the learned Additional Sessions

Judge, Court No.7, Muzaffar Nagar to decide the Criminal

Revision No. 86 of 2021 (Mool Chand Gupta vs Deepak Kumar

Jindal and another) arising out of Complaint Case No.3576/9 of

2018 (Deepak Kumar Jindal vs. Mool Chand Gupta), under

Section 138 of Negotiable Instrument Act, Police Station- Nai

Mandi, District- Muzaffar Nagar within stipulated period of

time fixed by this Court.

The only prayer sought is to give direction to the court below to

decide the case within stipulated period, which is pending since

the year 20 21.

Keeping in view that the matter relates to the year 2021 and the

proceeding u/s 138 of N.I. Act are summary in nature, it is

expected from the learned court concerned to gear up the matter

and make all necessary endeavour to conclude the revision

latest by 31st March, 2023 positively without granting

unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties strictly in

accordance with law, if there is no legal impediment.

It is also expected from the applicant that he would render all

possible co-operation in early conclusion of the proceedings of

the case.

With the aforesaid directions, this 482 Cr.P.C. application is

finally disposed off.
