Shri Pradeep Kumar Yadav, learned counsel for the applicant and

learned A.G.A for the State are present.

The present transfer appliation has been filed to transfer the Case

No. 124 of 2020 (Astha Mishra @ Diksha Mishra Vs. Yogesh @

Prashant Sharma) under Section 12 of Domestice Violence Act,

pending in the Court of Principal Judge Family Court, Agra to any

other adjoining district.

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that father of the

applicant lodged an FIR of case crime no. 568 of 2021 under

Sections 323, 504 and 506 of I.P.C, Police Station- Shikohabad,

District- Firozabad against one Gagan Agrawal (friend of the

opposite party no. 2.).

In view of the above facts and circumstances the present

application has no merit and it deserves to be dismissed.

Accordingly, the present transfer application is dismissed.
