Present Transfer Application has been filed by the applicant to

transfer the Case No. 990 of 2022 (Avanish Shukla Vs. Manisha)

under Section 125, Cr.P.C., pending in the court of Principal Judge,

Family Court, Mainpuri to any other competent court of District

Judgeship.

After some arguments, learned counsel for the applicant does not

want to press this application and wants liberty to file appropriate

application/proceedings before the court of competent jurisdiction.

The instant Transfer Application is dismissed as not pressed with

liberty to file appropriate application/proceedings before the court

of competent jurisdiction.
