judgment of the Apex Court and, therefore, it does not wish to pursue this
appeal. It has filed an application to withdraw this appeal, through Shri Aditya
Singh Parihar, Advocate. That application is marked as 'X' and is retained on
record.
The appeal is deemed settled as withdrawn.
Requisite Court fees as per Legal Service Authorities Act, 1987 would be
refunded to the appellants as the matter has been settled in the Lok Adalat.
