Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A. for the

State and perused the record.

This bail application has been filed by the applicant Amandeep

Singh seeking enlargement on bail during trial in connection

with Case Crime No. 569 of 2020, under Section 302 & 307 of

I.P.C., Police Station Kotwali Sambhal, District- Sambhal.

As per the prosecution version the applicant made a celebratory

fire in the ceremony of Jaimal which hit the chest of the son of

informant due to which the informant's son succumbed to the

fire arm injury.

Submission of learned counsel for the applicant is that the

applicant has been falsely implicated in the present case. He has

no intention or motive to cause the injury to the deceased. Even

the charges against the applicant have not been framed till date.

The applicant is a young boy of 18-19 years of age. He has no

previous criminal history to his credit, he is languishing in jail

since 05.12
