petitioners and learned A.G.A for the State-respondents.

Present matter was taken up on 25.10.2021 and on the said date,

following interim order was accorded in favour of the

petitioners:-

"The petitioner, by means of this writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution

of India, has invoked the inherent jurisdiction of this Court with prayer to quash

the impugned First Information Report dated 14.8.2021 registered as Case

Crime No. 284 of 2021, under Sections 323, 286, 377, 328, 506 I.P.C., Police

Station-George Town, District-Prayagraj, and for a direction to the respondents

not to arrest the petitioner in pursuance of impugned First Information Report.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned A.G.A.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the marriage is of the

year 201
