The present petition has been filed for the following reliefs:

"i. Issue a suitable writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari

quashing the impugned resolution of the Gram Panchayat Khairat, Block

Bhatni, District Deoria dated 20.12.2021 (Annexure No.12 to the writ

petition) selecting Shakuntala Devi widow of Late Dharmendra Shah

(respondent No.7) as Care Taker of the Public Toilet of Gram Panchayat

Khairat.

(ii) Issue a suitable writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus

commanding the respondents to allow the petitioner to work as Care Taker

of the Public Toilet of Gram Panchayat Khairat, Block Bhatni, District

Deoria and restrain the respondent No.7 from working as Care Taker of

the Public Toilet of Gram Panchayat Khairat, Block Bhatni, District

Deoria.
