04. This criminal revision is directed against the order dated

06.06.2015 passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge, court

no.6, Aligarh in S.T. No.62 of 2014 (State vs. Maheshwari)

arising out of case crime no.132 of 2014, under Sections 376

and 452 I.P.C. and Section 3/4 of the Protection of Children

From Sexual Offences Act, 2012, police station Harduaganj,

District Aligarh by which learned trial court directed the

C.M.O., Aligarh to get the minor medically examined for the

purpose of assessment of his age.
