Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the

State-respondents.

The petitioner has preferred the present petition inter-alia with the following

prayer:-

"a) issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus

commanding/directing to the respondent authorities specially Respondent No.5

i.e. Assistant Development Officer (Panchayat), Block- Mungra Badshahpur,

District Janupur to issue family/Kutumb Register to the petitioner after inclusion

her name with her deceased father namely Late Chhote Lal Yadav S/o Late Jhurai

of Village Madar Deeh, Block Mungra Badshahpur, Tehsil Machhlishahar,

District Jaunpur; expeditiously within time bound as directed by this Hon'ble

Court in the interest justice."

It is argued by learned counsel for the petitioner that various representations
