By means of present writ petition, the petitioner is
assailing the validity of order dated 23.5.2022 passed by
second respondent allowing the appeal of respondent no.
4, Girja Shankar (Fair Price Shop Dealer) filed against the
order dated 29.9.2021 passed by the third respondent
wherein license of the fair price shop of Girja Shankar was
cancelled on the complaint of the petitioner dated
25.6.2021.
The petitioner is a complainant. He made a complaint
against the respondent no. 4, licensee of the fair price shop
in question on 25.6.2021. In response thereof, license of
respondent no. 4 has been cancelled by the order
impugned order dated 29.9.2021 passed by the third
