1. The grievance, sought to be raised by the petitioner in the present

petition, is that Panchayat Bhawan is being constructed close to the place where

statue of Dr. Bhimrao Ambedkar is installed. It should be constructed at a

different place.

2. The stand taken by the learned counsel for respondents is that the

Panchayat Bhawan is being constructed for the benefit of residents of the

village. The statue of Dr. Bhimrao Ambedkar is not being touched. The location

has been found to be the most suitable.

3. After hearing learned counsel for the parties and considering the

submission, as noticed above, and also the fact that the Panchayat Bhawan is

being constructed for the benefit of the residents of the village on the land which
