2 and perused the record.

This Misc. Petition has been file under Article 227 of the

Constitution of India by petitioner for expeditious disposal of

application 6-C filed in Civil Revision No. 5 of 2022 (Smt.

Bhuri Vs. Smt. Shashi Bala and others), under section 12C(6) of

U.P. Panchayat Raj Act, within a stipulated period of time.

It is submitted by learned counsel for petitioner that the

opposite party no. 2 has already put in appearance before the

revisional court, but on account of delaying tactics adopted by

the respondents, the revision could not be disposed of and the

application filed by the petitioner Paper No. 6C dated

12.01.2022 is still pending for consideration.

Learned counsel for the respondents has submitted that

respondents have no objection to the prayer so made by the

learned counsel for the petitioner.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and without

commenting on the merits of the case, learned District Judge,

Moradabad is directed to decide the application 6C dated

12.01.2022 filed in Civil Revision No. 5 of 2022 (Smt. Bhuri

Vs. Smt. Shashi Bala and others), under section 12C(6) of U.P.

Panchayat Raj Act, expeditiously in accordance with law after

affording reasonable opportunities of hearing to the parties

concerned, preferably within a period of six months from the

date of production of certified copy of this order, unless there is

any legal impediment.

With the aforesaid directions, the petition is disposed of.
