Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A. and

perused the record.

The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the

applicant-Shambhunath @ Azhar @ Azharuddin with a prayer

to release him on bail in Case Crime No.155 of 2021 under

Sections 419, 420, 406, 467, 468, 471, 120B IPC and 66-D IT

Act, Police Station-Sector 58, Noida, District Gautam Budh

Nagar during pendency of trial.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that the

applicant is innocent and has been falsely implicated in the

present case. He further submitted that the present FIR has been

lodged by one Mohd. Riyaz Hasan from which it is admitted

that informant has not levelled allegation against the applicant.
