Heard Sri Rajpal Singh, the learned counsel for applicant

and the learned A.G.A. for the State.

Perused the record.

This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed

challenging charge sheet dated 11.04.2020 submitted in

Case Crime No. 0013 of 2020, under Section 429 I.P.C.,

Section 9/51 Wild Life (Protection) Act, 1972 and Section

11 Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Act, 1960, Police

Station- Chandpur, District- Fatehpur. Summoning Order

dated 14.09.2020 passed by Judicial Magistrate, Fatehpur

as well as in Criminal Case No. 7672 of 2020 (State Vs.

Safik & Others), arising out of aforementioned case crime

number.

Learned counsel for applicant contends that applicant is

innocent. He has been falsely implicated in above

mentioned criminal case. The allegations made in F.I.R.

are false and concocted. Applicant has been implicated in

aforementioned case crime number on account of police

rivalry, as such present criminal proceedin
