Heard Sri Satyendra Kumar Mishra, learned counsel for the

applicant, learned AGA for the State and perused the material

brought on record.

The present bail application has been filed by the applicant-

Sanni Yadav in Case Crime No.559 of 2021, under Section 306,

IPC, Police Station Khuldabad, District Prayagraj.

Leaned counsel for the applicant submitted that applicant is

innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case.

There is no evidence against the applicant that he instigated the

deceased to commit suicide. The deceased has committed

suicide during confinement in child care home. The

complainant is political influenced person and he was

pressurized the deceased through superintendent of child care

home to give false statement implicating the accused-applicant

in the earlier FIR lodged by him. He further submitted that
