ALLAHABAD HIGH COURT
AJIT KUMAR
SANTOSH KUMARI – Appellant
Versus
ENTRANCE EXAMINATION CONTROLLER, UNIVERSITY OF ALLAHABAD – Respondent

Court No. - 35

Case :- WRIT - C No. - 3062 of 2022

Petitioner :- Santosh Kumari

Respondent :- Entrance Examination Controller, University Of Allahabad

Counsel for Petitioner :- In Person

Counsel for Respondent :- Kshitij Shailendra

Hon'ble Ajit Kumar,J.

Heard Ms. Santosh Kumari, petitioner in person and Sri

Subham Agarwal, learned counsel for the respondent no. 1.

By means of present writ petition, the petitioner has

prayed for reevaluation of her OMR Sheet.

Learned counsel for the respondent submits that earlier

also petitioner had filed writ petition with same prayer and

that writ petition had been dismissed on merits vide order

dated 25th January, 2021 passed in Writ Petition No. 34522

of 2021. In that writ petition, this Court had categorically

recorded a finding to the effect that no specific allegations

were raised in the petition that might give rise to the

ground that her answersheet was not correctly evaluated.

In my considered view, second writ petition with similar

prayer is certainly barred under Rule 7 of Chapter XXII of

the Rules of the Court, 1952.

This petition is accordingly dismissed and consigned to

records.

Order Date :- 25.2.
