learned counsel for the petitioner, Shri Pankaj Srivastava, learned counsel

appearing for the fifth respondent, and learned A.G.A for the State

respondents.

Petitioner was working as Divisional Accounts Officer Grade-I, a public

servant, by the instant writ petition primarily seeks the following relief:

i) issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari to quash the

impugned order dated 18.04.2019 passed by respondent no. 5.

By the impugned order, the fifth respondent, Accountant General,

(Accounts and Entitlement)-II, U.P. Allahabad, has accorded sanction to

prosecute the petitioner in Case Crime No. 302 of 2007, under Section

193, 197, 218, 409, 420, 467, 468, 471, 477 and 120B IPC read with

Section 3/13(1) of the Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988.
