Heard Sri Kuldeep Singh Chahar, learned counsel for the

applicant and Sri S.S.Tiwari, learned AGA for the State-

respondent.

It is submitted that the applicant has been falsely implicated in

the instant case. The name of the applicant was disclosed by co-

accused Kuldeep Yadav, Aman and Neetesh Kumar. As per

prosecution case, vague and general allegations of facilitating

procurement of fraudulent loans have been made in the FIR.

Not a single fraudulent transaction has been disclosed with any

material particulars. The recovered items were never used in

any fraudulent transaction. Prosecution evidence does not

connect the applicant with any criminal offence nor is there any

allegation of cheating. Apart from the instant case, the applicant

does not have any criminal history. It is next contended that

identically situated co-accused Aman, Neetesh Kumar and

Pankaj Yadav have been granted bail by this Court in Criminal

Misc.
