Notice to respondent Nos.6, 7 and 8 is dispensed with as they

With the consent of the parties, the writ petition is being heard

and disposed of finally.

Brief facts of the case are that plot No.6400/1 area 3.428

hectare was recorded in the name of the tenure holders as

mentioned in the Khatauni. Respondent Nos.3 and 5 purchased

0.021 hectare and respondent No.5 purchased 0.021 hectare

area of plot in question by giving wrong boundary vide sale

deed dated 24.06.2019 and initiated proceeding for demarcation

under Section 24 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, petitioners

filed objections in the aforementio
