The present application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been

filed for quashing the proceedings of Complaint Case No. 72 of

2020 (Smt. Vijay Laxmi Vs. Alok Kumar Saxena alias Mahesh

Kumar and others), under Sections 452, 504, 506 I.P.C. and

Section 3(1) (da) SC/ST Act, Police Station Sadar Bazar,

District Shahjahnpur, pending in the Court of Additional

Sessions Judge/Special Judge (SC/ST Act, Court No.2, District

Shahjahanpur as well as to quash the summoning order dated

18.01.2021.

Heard learned counsel for the applicants and learned A.G.A.

It has been argued by learned counsel for the applicants that

applicants are innocent and they have been falsely implicated in

the instant case and that the complaint of impugned case has

been filed on false and baseless allegations. Learned counsel

has referred to certain documents and argued that no prima

facie case is disclosed against the applicants and
