ALLAHABAD HIGH COURT
RAMESH SINHA,SUBHASH CHAND
INTEZAR AND 4 OTHERS – Appellant
Versus
State – Respondent
CRLP/17019/2019

Court No. - 47

Case :- CRIMINAL MISC. WRIT PETITION No. - 17019 of

2019

Petitioner :- Intezar And 4 Others

Respondent :- State Of U.P. And 2 Others

Counsel for Petitioner :- Vinod Kumar Tirpathi,Manoj Kumar

Tripathi

Counsel for Respondent :- G.A.

Hon'ble Ramesh Sinha,J.

Hon'ble Subhash Chand,J.

Case called out in the revised list. None appears on behalf of

the petitioners to press the present writ petition. Sri Gambhir

Singh, learned A.G.A for the State.

This writ petition has been filed by the petitioners with the

prayer to quash the FIR dated 08.06.2019 which has been

registered as Case Crime No. 116 of 2019, under Sections

498A, 354(Ka), 323, 504 I.P.C. and 3/4 D.P. Act, Police Station-

Heempur Deepa, District Bijnor.

From a perusal of the record it appears that the matter being

matrimonial in nature, was refered to the Mediation and

Conciliation Centre of this Court vide order dated 20.06.2019.

The report of the Mediation and Conciliation Centre dated

01.8.2019 is on record, from which it is evident that the

petitioners have not complied with the order dated 20.06.2019

by which they were required to deposit Rs.10,000/- towards the

Mediation and Conciliation Centre for the mediation process,

hence,the mediation has failed.

The present writ petition lacks merit and is, accordingly,

dismissed.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
