By means of this application the applicant Ankit Shukla has

prayed to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 90 of 2020

related with Sessions Trial No. 570 of 2020 u/s 452, 376, 506

IPC and Section 4 of POSCO Act, Police Station Mangalpur,

District Kanpur Dehat.

Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned AGA

representing the State. Perused the record.

Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the applicant is

innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this very case

crime number. Applicant is in jail since 18.2.2020 and there is

no likelihood of applicant's fleeing from course of justice or

tempering with evidence in case he is released on bail.

Applicant is of no criminal antecedents. He is a police

constable. He had given money to the informant and it was

about Rs. 85,000/-. He was at above place on the same day for
