The Vakalatnama filed by Sri Lalit Kumar Gond and Sri R.S.

Shukla, Advocates on behalf of respondent nos. 5 and 6 is taken

on record.

As per report of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, the respondent

no. 4 is in detention in the district jail, Baghpat.

In pursuance to the previous order dated 20.11.2020, the corpus

- Ashok Kumar, S/o Krishna Pal has been produced before this

Court by Sub-Inspector Virendra Kumar, P. No. 812801231,

P.S. Khekda, District Baghpat.

In order to ascertain the stand of the petitioner no. 1, the Court

put certain questions to him. The questions put by the Court to

the petitioner no. 1 and the answers given by him are

reproduced below:-

Q. Aapka kya naam hai?

A. Ashok Kumar.

Q. Pita ji ka kya naam hai?

A. Krishna Pal.

Q. Kya Rekha aapki bahan hai?

A. Han.

Q. Aap kiske saath rah rahe hain?

A. Baahar naukari karta hun.

Q. Kahan naukari karte hain?

A. Muzaffar Nagar.

Q. Kahan rahte hain?

A. Barwala.

Q. Aapko jabardasti pakadkar rakha gaya hai ya apni marji se?

A. Nahi, apni marji se.

Q. Aapko Sanjeev, Kusum aur Bhopal Singh ne jabardasti nahi rakha?

A. Nahi.

It is evident from the answers given by the corpus, i.e.,

petitioner no. 1, that he has not been kept in illegal confinement

by Sanjeev, Kusum and Bhopal Singh, i.e., respondent nos. 4 to

6. The corpus is major.

In view of the aforesaid, the writ petition is dismissed.
