This writ petition is directed against the orders passed by the

State authorities cancelling the fire arm licence of the petitioner.

It transpires that the petitioner was sanctioned a fire arm licence

on 2.10.1997. This fire arm licence has been cancelled by

orders of the District Magistrate, Hathras dated 26.12.2005 and

1.5.2006. An appeal preferred by the petitioner has also been

rejected by the respondent no. 1 vide order 17.6.2015.

Aggrieved by the aforesaid orders, petitioner is before this

Court.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the

petitioner has been falsely implicated in Case Crime No. 73 of

2000 under Section 409 I.P.C., Case Crime No. 33 of 2001

under Section 409 I.P.C., Case Crime No. 45 of 2001 under

Sections 409, 467, 468, 470 and 471 I.P.C., Case Crime No. 23

of 2002 under Section 409 I.P.C. and in Case Crime No. 172 of

2002 under Sections 420 and 409 I.P.C.
