2. Applicants have filed this petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C.

for quashing of the charge-sheet no. 118 of 2019 dated

13.05.2019 and its cognizance order dated 28.02.2020 in a case

arising out of Case Crime No. 19 of 2019, under Sections 420,

467, 468, 471 IPC at Police Station-Mandawar, District-Bijnor

pending in the court of Additional Civil Judge (Senior

Division)/FTC, Bijnor.

3. It is submitted that allegation on the present applicants is that

they have encroached upon the land of the pond, contained in

gata no. 1936, have illegally sold 1100 sq. mts. of land and have

facilitated illegal encroachment over the said public utility land.
