This criminal revision is directed against an order of the

learned Sessions Judge, Rampur dated 08.09.2019 made in

the course of Sessions Trial No. 494 of 2016, State vs.

Rampal & others, whereby he has rejected an application

under Section 319 Cr.P.C. made by the revisionist, seeking

to summon the opposite party nos. 2 and 3 to stand their

trial, along with the others chargesheeted.

It appears that the first information report was lodged by

the revisionist with the Police on 03.09.2001, saying that

on 24.08.2001 his brother Jai Singh, a native of village

Jagpura had been taken along by a woman to seek

assistance by way of some occult remedy that the

informant's deceased brother practised. He did not return

home. A hunt was launched for his missing brother by the

informant and informant's nephew, Jagan Singh. This
