1. Heard learned counsel for revisionist, learned counsel for

Opposite Party No.2 and learned A.G.A. for the State.

2. Record reveals that bail of juvenile-revisionist involved in

Case Crime No. 818 of 2018, under Sections 147, 302 and 148

I.P.C., Police Station Jhijhana, District Shamli has been rejected

by Juvenile Justice Board, Shamli, vide judgement and order

dated 24.05.2019.

3. Appeal there-against has also been dismissed vide judgement

and order dated 30.8.2019 passed by Sessions Judge, Shamli in

Criminal Appeal No. 21 of 2019. Both the orders of Courts

below are impugned in the present criminal revision.

4. Learned counsel for the revisionist contended that the

revisionist has been falsely implicated in the present case. No

offence against the revisionist is made out and the present

prosecution has been instituted with a mala fide intention for
