Learned counsel for the applicant is permitted to correct

the year of the case crime number in the prayer clause of

the bail application of the applicant, during the course of

the day.

Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned AGA

for the State.

The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the

applicant, Ajeet Singh. with a prayer to release him on

bail in S.T. No. 17 of 2019, Case Crime No. 0567 of

2018, under Section 302 IPC, Police Station Link

Road, District- Ghaziabad, during pendency of trial.

Allegation against the applicant is that he caused fire arm

injury to a fellow constable. The applicant is a constable in

Boarder Security Force. It is also alleged that on account

of some dispute between two, the applicant caused the

murder of the deceased.

Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that

there is no motive of the crime mentioned in the FIR.
