In pursuance to the previous order dated 11.11.2020, the corpus

Kumari Poonam has been produced before this Court by Lady

Constable Neha Yadav (P.N. No.182011476), P.S. Iradat Nagar,

District Agra.

In order to ascertain the stand of the petitioner No.1 i.e. the

corpus, the Court had put certain questions to her. The questions

put to the petitioner no.1 and the answers given by her are

reproduced below:-

"Q. Apka Kya Naam hai?

A. Kumari Poonam.

Q. Apke father ka kya naam hai?

A. Dharmveer.

Q. Kahan se layi gai hein aap?

A. Faridabad.

Q. Kya aap apne pitaji ke saath jaana chahti hein?

A. Nahi.

Q. Iss samay app kiske saath reh rahi hein?

A. Teekam Singh k saath reh rahi thi per Daroga ji mahila

Constables ke saath pakar ke le aye hein.

Q. Kya umar hai apki?

A. 19-20 saal, per CMO se bol kar meri umar kam karaya gaya

hai.

Q. Aap kiske saath jana chahti hein?

A. Teekam Singh ke saath."

The petitioner no.1 has admitted her marriage with the

respondent no.4, Teekam Singh. In her answers, the petitioner

no.1 has expressed her willingness and desire to go with

respondent no.4 i.e. Teekam Singh and has also refused to go

with her father i.e. petitioner no.2.

In view of the statement given by the corpus wherein she has

expressed her desire to go with her husband, counsel for the

petitioner, upon instructions from his client, states that the

petition be dismissed as withdrawn.

The petition is dismissed as withdrawn.

The corpus Kumari Poonam is free to go with her husband.
