behalf of respondent no.3, which is taken on record.

Heard Sri Rama Shankar Mishra, learned counsel for the

petitioner, Sri Indrajeet Singh, learned A.G.A. appearing on

behalf of the State-respondent nos.1, 2 and 4 and Sri Vineet

Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the respondent no.3.

In compliance with rule nisi issued by this Court on

03.09.2020, the detenue Smt. Deeksha Singh, has been

produced before this Court by Sub-Inspector, Sarita Yadav

(P.N.O. No.162384185) posted at P. S. Line Bazar, District

Jaunpur, who has identified the detenue before this Court. This

Court proceeds to record her stand in the matter, verbatim:

Ans. Ghar ke bagal ka hai

Q. 7. Divyanshu se shadi nahi ki hai?

Ans. Nahi

Q. 8. Kiske pas rahti hain?

Ans. Apne Sasural

Q. 9. Sasural se matlab?

Ans. Husband ke pas

Q. 10. Kaha jana chahti hain?

Ans. Mummi Papa ke pas

Considering the aforesaid statement of the detenue, Smt.

Deeksha Singh, it is clear that she has not married Divyanshu

Singh. She has married Anurag Singh Raghuvanshi. She also

said that she lives with her in-laws and wants to go back with

her parents.

Accordingly, this Court does not find any good ground to make

the rule absolute. The rule is, therefore, discharged.

In the result, this writ petition stands dismissed.

The petitioner (Divyanshu Singh) is directed to deposit a sum of

Rs.10,000/- in account of Sri Ramnarayan Singh, father of the

detenue, Smt. Deeksha Singh, payable at Jaunpur through a

bank instrument within a period of one month. In case, the

aforesaid sum of money is not deposited by the petitioner

(Divyanshu Singh) as directed above, the Collector, Jaunpur is

ordered to recover the said sum of money as arrears of land

revenue and deposit the sum in account of Sri Ramnarayan

Singh as soon as it is realized.

Let this order be communicated to the Collector, District -

Jaunpur by the Joint Registrar (Compliance).
