In compliance with the rule nisi issue don 21.09.2020, the

detenue Smt. Pavitra has been produced before this Court by

lady constable, Priyanka (L/C 362) posted at P.S. Bichhawan,

District Mainpuri, who has identified the detenue before the

Court. This Court, accordingly, proceeds to ascertain the stand

of the detenue in the matter, verbatim:

A. Mere sath maar-peet karte the.

Q. Fir kya hua?

A. Mai thane chali gayi, fir unhone mujhe
