1. Heard Sri Shivajee Srivastava and Sri Ashwani Kumar Rai,
learned counsel for the revisionist, Sri Pramod Kumar, leaned
counsel for the respondent no. 2 and learned A.G.A. for the
State.
2. Record reveals that bail of juvenile-revisionist involved in
Case Crime No. 298 of 2018, under Sections 147, 148, 149,
302, 352 I.P.C., P.S. Haldharpur, District Mau has been rejected
by Juvenile Justice Board, Mau vide judgement and order dated
15.2.2019.
3. Appeal there-against has also been dismissed vide judgement
and order dated 8.5.2019 passed by Additional Sessions Judge,
F.T.C. Room No. 1, Mau in Criminal Appeal No. 28 of 2019.
4. Both the orders of Courts below are impugned in the present
criminal revision.
5. Learned counsel for the revisionist contended that the
revisionist is a minor girl and she has been falsely implicated in
