This petition is placed before the Court in Chambers by the

Registry, as the precautions required to be taken up in view of

the COVID-19 pandemic requires various strict measures,

including following of social distancing etc. Consequently, the

appearance of parties and their counsel/s is dispensed with. I

have perused the records.

This writ petition has been filed challenging an order dated

8.1.2020, passed by Tehsildar, Manjhanpur, District Kaushambi,

against which a revision has already been preferred by

petitioners. The Board of Revenue has entertained the revision

and has issued notices to the parties concerned. It is at this stage

that the present writ petition has been filed challenging the

order passed by the Tehsildar and also for a direction upon the

revisional authority to decide petitioners' stay application in the

pending Revision No.391 of 2020.

Since the order of Tehsildar has already been challenged in

r
