Shafiq, under Section 498-A, 323, 504, 506 IPC,
read with Section 4 of D.P. Act, Police Station
Moghal Sarai, District Chandauli, pending in the
Court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Chandauli, from
above Court to some other Court of competent
