Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record.

Despite repeated notice, no one has put in appearance on behalf of

the sixth respondent. Sri Sanjay Kumar Srivastava, learned counsel

appearing for the sixth respondent submits that he has no instructions

from the sixth respondent.

The facts giving rise to the instant writ petition, briefly stated, is

that the petitioner claims to be a legally wedded wife of the deceased

employee, Sri Umesh Chand Yadav. He retired on attaining the age of

superannuation on 31 October 2010, from the post of Superintendent

Engineer in the Irrigation Department. From the wedlock, a daughter,

namely, Ms. Pragyan Yadav was born. It appears that the deceased

employee contracted second marriage with the sixth respondent, Ms.

Meena Yadav. Three children were begotten, namely, Neeraj Yadav,
