Heard learned counsel for applicant, learned A.G.A. and

perused the record.

This bail application has been preferred by the accused-

applicant, Pappu, who is involved in Case Crime No. 217

of 2000, under Sections 147, 393, 332, 353, 323 I.P.C.,

P.S. Bewar, District Mainpuri.

Learned counsel for the applicant in support of his prayer

for bail submits that the applicant is innocent and he has

been falsely implicated in the present case. It is further

submitted that in the year 2000, the applicant was released

on bail by the Court below and he was regularly appearing

before the Court below and not violated any condition as

imposed by the Court below while granting bail to him. It

is further submitted that on 20.06.2005, when the matter

was listed before the Court below, applicant could not

appear and on account of non appearance of the
